Here we find ourselves at the peak of Summer in Maine — and with it radiance, fire, and expression. Balance your celebratory Sun Salutations by turning inward with this restorative yoga practice celebrating manifestation, change and the rejuvenating power of the moon. This class is a celebration of the lightest cycle of the year but also an opportunity to reflect on ways to balance ourselves during the most energetic phase of the year. Take yourself on a mini-retreat to clear your mind and melt away stress and tension during this fusion of restorative yoga, abhyanga (self-massage), aromatherapy, and the therapeutic vibrations of live harp music. Settle in as you wind down from your festival experience and prepare to be supported with gentle guidance with bolstered postures. This workshop is appropriate for all skill levels- even those working with movement limitations.
